Question about Nitecore NB20000

Caution I have ordered three times in a row Art. 20431875 Nitecore NB20000, 45 W, 77 Wh, USB-A (2x), USB-C (2x), output voltage 5 - 20V, once was delivered correctly in 2024, and then twice NB20000 Gen3 ( only 22.5 W, only max. 12V, only 2x USB-C ), that looks like Galaxus Art. 47845653, a nice part but I need the 20V and 45W for recharging a small notebook, that doesn't work with NB20000 Gen3 max. 12V. I am in clarification with Galaxus, maybe I can save you some trouble with this information. Cheers.
