Question about Sonos Ray
Can't control the Ray with any of my existing remote controls. I have a Yallo TV Box from "Strong" and an LG 49SM8500. The sound works because the settings are made via the optical connection, but the volume cannot be adjusted. Do I need a new magic remote control?

I also have an LG TV and with this remote control I have managed to pair the remote control with the Ray so that the remote control no longer controls the volume of the TV speakers, but that of the Ray. You should be able to do this in the Sonos app within the Ray's TV settings. I definitely did it before the time of the new SONOS app; when everything was still a bit "easier to find". have a look in the app. It works in any case. Otherwise, call SONOS support; they are super competent and super fast (best by phone)
