Can you type the "Ü, Ö or Ä" with this keyboard on Mac (without code combination) ? Thank you.

Yup, it's the normal CH layout. It automatically adjusts the Mac function keys. One exception is the FN key, which is swapped with the CTRL key, but you can get used to that.
