Can you track the necklace with the fitbit app on your phone? Or do you also have to have a fitbit watch?
In addition to the two previous answers: the separate tracker that comes in the chain only records. It is read out via bluetooth on the app. It does not have GPS. So it cannot be tracked.
The necklace is only a container for the tracker
you have to have the flex 2 bracelet. then you can take out the chip and put it in the necklace.
