The pendant for the Fitbit Flex 2 is made of stainless steel. The gold pendant is plated with 22 karat gold. A built-in magnet informs your tracker that you are using an accessory that is not intended for the wrist, allowing your steps to be recorded. Certain features, such as automatic sleep tracking and SmartTrack, may be disabled with this accessory.
