Can you put a 59.6cm x 64cm tumble dryer on top of a 59.5cm x 59.5cm washing machine? Or better... is the bottom support surface on all appliances 59.5 x 59.5 and the top part of the cabinet gets wider?

This should not be a problem. I would recommend this Miele WTV 512 connection kit with integrated drawer for this.
