Yes, you can.
A suitable USB cable is required for this. Either the oculus link cable from oculus itself or another (min. 3m long) USB 3.0 cable that has a type C connector on at least one side.
The oculus app must also be installed and open on the PC.
If you want to play wirelessly, you can also look for a tutorial on the virtual desktop app.
