you can mount pretty much anything on the ceiling if you want! ;-)
i think the question refers to whether the image can be rotated accordingly if you mount the beamer upside down on the existing camera connection with 1/4 inch thread:
yes, you can. however, a lateral deviation/distortion cannot be corrected.
