Samsung Galaxy S8+ Duos
64 GB, Midnight Black, 6.20", Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G
Can you make calls with this device with both cards? Or does one always have to be switched off? How does it work with mobile data? I want to use a Swiss SIM and a foreign SIM.
It is not possible to be reached on both numbers at the same time.
With two SIM cards in the phone, there is no more room for the microSD card.
The Duos can be equipped with either two SIM cards or one SIM card and one SD card.
With two SIM cards, both can be used for making calls. Only one data connection is possible at a time. G4(LTE) is only possible on one SIM card:
On one SIM: G2(GSM)/G3(UMTS)/G4(LTE)
On the other SIM: G2(GSM)/G3(UMTS)
You can set which SIM should use what.
You can select the "default SIM card" for the respective categories in the settings. This means with which SIM you want to make calls, receive SMS or use mobile data.
