Yes, you can use Livia without hesitation in your everyday work. No one will notice :)
Livia does not make any sounds. You can therefore not hear it. The pads are thin and not visible under a shirt or jumper. The small square device can be easily attached to the waistband. It is larger than the pads and therefore more visible. However, you can also carry it in your trouser pocket.
