Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+

Can you answer cellular calls and receive SMS with this tablet? Some tablets have the dialer app disabled, so you can only make calls with the "Call and Text on Other Devices" feature. On some tablets, even this feature is disabled. Is this device in any way restricted?
