Can you also use this sh*t mouse wired? That wasn't the case with the predecessor...
from my point of view, no. the cable is only used for charging
You can use the mouse while it is connected for loading but the data is not going over the cable. You need to use the dongle or Bluetooth. The dongle doesn't need any pairing and works out of the box.
Be aware that, on this model, it is USB C.
