Yes, with almost all USB-C mobile phones, I would say.
However, the phones are not charged with the full power of the adapter (in this case 65W), but only with the maximum power supported by the phone. With my Google Pixel 5, for example, I can charge "only" 18W with this adapter.

yes, you can (have experience with iPhone 13, Oneplus 8, Samsung S21 FE).
