No, unfortunately that is not possible with the installed stand. But with 24 inches I do not recommend such a low resolution with 1920 x 1080, test display is not sharp with it.

This model costs a little more, but it has a height-adjustable stand and a much better resolution, with which texts can be displayed much sharper.
