Question about ASUS ZenScreen MB249C
Can two of these monitors be placed next to each other seamlessly or do they need a distance between them because otherwise the side connections would get in each other's way?

As a short update (I know: comes with a delay...)
After buying two of these monitors, I realised that they definitely CANNOT be placed seamlessly next to each other. The connections (whether HDMI, USB-C or power plug via adapter) get in each other's way in EVERY case and there is a distance of at least 1cm, depending on the setup. I have bought right-angled USC-C adapters (extremely flat, connection then possible "from behind" instead of from the side) to supply the screens with power and image via a docking station. This allows me to achieve a minimum distance of one cm. If you feed with a regular HDMI cable, the thickness of the HDMI plug leads to a distance of at least 2 to 3 cm between the screens. So if you want to place them "in a row" to benefit from the frameless design, this model is NOT a good choice.
Nevertheless, I recommend the screens because they are simply fantastic for the home office due to their mounting options, lightness and mobility. They are work devices for those who use office products on a daily basis. They are NOT suitable for work in the graphics sector (neither image nor video). The target group here is the "office stallion": Writing, mailing, administration. And they are perfect for that.
