Can this wireless controller be connected directly to the PC via wifi and router or only via Blue Tooth?
Only via Bluetooth
As far as I know, you need the Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Adapter for Windows (PC) for this.
Only the very new controllers that come with the Xbox One S can also be connected via Bluetooth.
