Can this screen be operated on the notebook listed below? Dell XPS 13 (2018) 13.30", Intel Core i7-8550U, 16GB, 1000GB Display Features: Image resolution: QHD+ Pixel resolution: 3200 x 1800 pixels refresh rate: 30 Hz Aspect ratio: 16:9

The Intel CPU Intel Core i7-8550U in the Dell can drive the Dell UltraSharp U3818DW, but for 60Hz DisplaPort would have to be used (e.g. via USB-C Thunderbolt)). The CPU can only drive 24Hz via the HDMI output.
