Question about Electric Paint - 219994

To be honest, I don't know. What I do know is that I was quite disappointed with the colour. The dried paint is most comparable to couache. In other words, it's not really resilient - it breaks easily and its conductivity is gone. It doesn't work on the skin, for example, because it crumbles off immediately.
