Only conditionally. It has problems with the UTF-8 encoding (ä, ö and ü do not fit), as well as with a possibly existing ECI (partly surplus characters before the data).

I can confirm that the scanner has problems with UTF-8 encoding, even with the latest firmware. Not suitable for Swiss QR.
