Question about Philips Hue Iris Base
can this luminaire also be controlled only via the app on the smartphone? or does it absolutely need this bridge?
Each app first connects to the bridge, because only the bridge knows which and how many luminaires are connected. (Max. 10 luminaires per bridge)
