Can this lens be screwed onto the Fujifilm XT3?

Sigma (unfortunately) does not currently make lenses for Fujifilm. If you want a 35mm lens for the X-T3, this Fujifilm Fujinon XF 23mm f/1.4 R would be the right lens for you. Alternatively, the slightly slower but lighter 23mm f2 from Fujifilm. However, if you want a focal length of 50mm, then the Fujifilm 35mm f1.4 or, depending on your requirements, the Fujifilm 35mm f2 is the right lens, as Bench000 wrote.

This lens is fitted with the Canon bayonet, so it is not compatible with the Fuji XF mount. May I ask why you want to mount this Sigma lens (full format) on a crop sensor? Why don't you save the price difference and get the Fujifilm 35mm XF lens (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/fujifilm-fujinon-xf-35mm-f14-r-objektiv-315623). The lenses are high quality and usually lighter, plus they look good ;-).
