Can this lamp replace a "normal" ceiling light in terms of brightness if white light is selected?

I own a few of the Canvas as well as Hexagon.
A few of these panels cannot replace a normal ceiling light. Only a large number would suffice.
These lamps are more for cool designs and effects.
