This mount requires a VESA 75mm or 100mm connector on the screen (these are the square patterns you see in the photo here). 

The Samsung screens have a different connection.

There are probably adapters that you have to buy additionally: search the internet for "samsung cf591 vesa adapter". I find results from "brands" like "Vivo" or "Gladiator Joe", but I have no experience with them.
