You can display different colours, but only one at a time. If you want a gradient, you have to use the Play Tube, for example.

For me, they only glow in one colour.

In the Hue app from Philips, there are already preset templates that have a self-configurable colour gradient. Accordingly, this lamp can reflect colour gradients.
