Not quite. So you can connect your iPhone via Bluetooth. You can connect all devices that support Bluetooth to the headphones anyway. You can download the B&O app to make sound settings (more bass or less etc.). However, the headphones are the XBOX version and are equipped with XBOX Connect. For the PS5 you would need an extra dongle or you connect the headphones to the PS5 via cable.

This version can be connected to the iPhone or smartphone in general, but not to the PlayStation. For this you need the PlayStation/PC version of the headphones, which is currently not available on Digitec, if I'm not mistaken.
