can these headphones also be used to make calls via Microsoft Teams, zoom etc.?

I would answer this question with yes. You can make calls with teams, but the quality is mono and pretty crappy.
This is a technical limitation of the Bluetooth standard. The A2DP profile is a one-way street for transmitting stereo sound. The HSP profile is a two-way street, transmitting sound data in mono in one direction and voice data in the other (at least in very simple terms).
