Can the unit be recognised by the iCUE software? With CUE 2, the download on Corsair's official site does not work...
Yes, the ST100 can be recognised by ICUE.
Because of the download, if you have already downloaded Icue, you should remove these files completely first, I also had this problem once and that's how it worked for me.
