Not directly. But it would be possible somehow. e.g:
Button / switch connected to the hue wall switch > reports button press to Hue Bridge via Zigbee > Hue Bridge integrated e.g. in Home Assistant > Home Assistant receives the signal via LAN/WLAN from Bridge > Home Assistant sends command to close/open blinds e.g. to a Shelly 2.5.

I would therefore prefer to use Shelly directly.
