Question about Apple Thunderbolt 3 zu
Can the product process two different video signals simultaneously? I would like to use it to operate two monitors with different content.
I see, two image signals via one cable using Multi-Stream Transport (MST), and at the end a daisy-chain of two monitors. MST was introduced with Displayport 1.2. According to brief research, Thunderbolt 2 supposedly also "can" "normal" Displayport 1.2, but not MST. According to Apple, this adapter does not even support "normal" Displayport monitors: https://support.apple.com/de-de... Conclusion: Hardly.
How is that supposed to work? You can't connect two monitors at the same time.
