Can the powerbank also be charged via the USB C port or can the port only be used as an output?
Yes, it says in the description:
"... Charge the portable charger in about 4 hours with the Type-C input, which is 3 times faster than micro-USB. ..."
To me, that means microUSB-IN, USB-C-IN/OUT, USB-A-OUT.
Do you guys see it that way too?
No it cannot be charged via the USB-C port.
