Can the "noise cancelling" function also be used during operation via the aux cable?

Helpful answer

Sure. Otherwise the headphones wouldn't make sense on the plane. Works perfectly.

Yes, the noise cancelling function activates automatically when you switch on the device, I wouldn't know how to deactivate it.

I have been using the device for over 3 years now without any problems and I am very satisfied with it, before I always had 20-150 Chf. inear headphones that never lasted longer than 8 months and from then on had a defect, disaster.... I use these headphones in all situations, travelling by train, cycling in bed (I know it's not the best idea). I've been called on several times for this, but well, I say to myself that 90% of "sighted" people's attention is through their eyes, so what's 10% more attention because of what they hear? probably not much. The device runs and runs and runs, is definitely worth the money. And it's definitely very practical for making phone calls.
