Yes, the mouse can also be used on a Windows computer via Bluetooth. I use the mouse on my MacBook and on my Win 10 computer, and I can switch between the two without any problems.

Would take this model for Microsoft: Logitech MX Anywhere 3 (Wireless)

The Mac version is missing the USB dongle, otherwise the mice are identical.
