Can the lowest axis be limited to 180 degrees so that the arm joint does not hit the wall?

The radius of rotation cannot be limited directly. However, I solved the problem by increasing the resistance of the lowest axis so that it rotates more slowly than the upper axis. This basically eliminated the problem.

No; in my experience, the lower arm rotates a full 360°.

I have glued a rubber spacer to the joint, so the wall is protected.
