Question about Sony FE 35mm f/1.4 GM
Can the lens (in combination with the Sony A7IV) be used to create clean video recordings? Does the lens have an image stabiliser in this context? Good autofocus?

the lens is fully compatible with the ILCE-7M4. Image stabiliser is said to be built into the body. Sony's AR Nano Coating II gives excellent image clarity in all lighting conditions. You can check the technical data of both devices online.

He who searches finds: This 35mm lens is one of the best there is, and because the focal length is so short, it doesn't need a stabiliser, since all newer Sony cameras already have one. By the way, there is a ton of video material on YouTube about what the lens is good for in video and what you have to watch out for when filming with your combo. Have fun!
I use the lens on the Sony A7 S3 and am thrilled. Image stabilisation is done in the camera or gimble.
