Question about Xiaomi Mi Bedside Lamp

Can the lamp be programmed so that it lights up dimmed when switched on manually, e.g. between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., and brighter at other times? E.g. for when you have to get up briefly at night but only need dimmed light illumination to find your way.
