Can the Apple iPad 2021 (9th Gen) "Wifi only" device be used as a hotspot via the iPhone even without WLAN?

Helpful answer

This tablet only uses Wi-Fi to connect to the Internet. If you activate the hotspot of a mobile phone, it can also connect to the Internet from there. The tablet does not have mobile data transmission or a SIM card connection.

Hey, of course the iPad can be operated via a hotspot WITH WLAN.
