Can the 6600k easily handle the 4.8GHz with a cooler master masterliquid 240?

Can't answer the question exactly, but maybe it helps to estimate: I have the 6600k with a be quiet! Pure Rock running at 4.5GHz and I can hardly get above 40°C even under load.
