If you buy ben adapter cable and fethead/cloudbooster, you might be able to get a cheaper focusrite. Or you could look at usb compatible mics, e.g. the mv7

Only with one XLR to USB:
Delock XLR - USB Type A (3 m, XLR)

But I would not recommend this as you usually need a FetHead for the gain
