Can it also clean high pile carpets or does it get tangled in them?

Thank you very much for your enquiry.
It is not possible to make a general statement regarding high pile carpets, as this depends too much on the nature of the carpet.
However, these carpets can be excluded by means of an exclusion zone if the Roomba has problems with them.

He has no problems with our 15mm pile. For it to get tangled, the pile would probably have to reach once around the roller (5cm), then it could have problems. However, individual threads never stick out that far.
