No, unfortunately not. The Tab S2 lacks a special layer on the screen that interacts with the S Pen. The devices that work with the S Pen usually come with it. At best, you could try a universal touch pen like the Adonit Dash 3. I don't have any experience with this as I bought a cheap Wacom tablet for drawing.
