Can I use this lens with my Canon EOS 1300D?
Without problems... only the thing is really huge with such a small camera. ^^
And you have to bear in mind that the 1300D has an APS C format sensor. This means that the focal length of the lens will be 1.6x larger - about 160-640mm. The 100-400mm applies to cameras with full-frame sensors.
