Can I use this E243i monitor together with the E243m? The E243m has a webcam, so I would use that as my main monitor. Are the two monitors the same size and, apart from the webcam, identical in construction?

Use yes, but it is not ideal. The outer dimensions are practically identical, but the resolution is different. 1920x1200 for the i and 1920x1018 for the m.
