Can I use this adapter to connect an Apple Cinema Display (Thunderbolt 2) to a notebook (Lenovo) via Thunderbolt 3?

Hi Arbixdnr1: Did this adapter work with the old Apple Cinema Display (Thunderbolt 2) on a notebook (Lenovo)? I have exactly the same hardware configuration. Thanks

You have to try this, I was able to connect an OWC TB 3 Storage to an iMac with TB2 without any problems with this adapter.
Further, I can connect a Belkin Dock TB2 to an MBA TB3 with this adapter.
