Can I use this adapter on a Galaxy A54 that doesn't have DisplayPort Alt mode to connect an external verbatim display that needs this mode? If not, is there an adapter that does this? Thanks

The A54 is equipped with a USB-C 2.0 port, so it doesn't support video output.
There is no adapter to connect an external screen, as the phone's connectivity prevents this.
