Question about Sony WH-1000XM3
Can I use these headphones during running etc? Are they water proof ,sweat proof and dust proof? thanks and regards
No they are not suitable for sports. They are rather big and you would probably sweat considerably wearing them.

They not suitable for any, not even light, physical activity. They are very lightly attached on the head and very prone to falling down even with e.g. vacuum cleaning. On the other hand you may them easily wear all day long in office or travel situations.
