Can I use the powerbank to operate and charge my Zbook Studio 15?

Probably not. According to the user from this forum (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5...), the Zbook Studio has 2 usb-c ports that support PD (Power Delivery). But since the usb-c 3.1 gen2 standard protocol only transfers PD of 100W, your laptop needs 150W to charge. Therefore, only the original charging cable will work. Quickcharge only works with compatible devices.
