It should work, yes. It should also be able to handle 4k quality without any problems.

But not suitable for gaming with this card. Hardly playable FPS at this resolution. Below 1080(ti) and the RTX cards from 2070 I would advise against 4K gaming. Office and so no problem with the 1050.
