The portable MP3 player doesn't support Spotify because it doesn't run Android and doesn't support the installation of third-party apps like Spotify. It uses a proprietary HiByOS system, which offers local playback and music management via WiFi, but does not offer integrated Spotify streaming. Only some of the brand's more advanced models with Android support Spotify.
