Yes - you can use it to realise a dual PC streaming setup: the device receives an HDMI signal (e.g. from the gaming PC) via HDMI IN, forwards 4K60 HDR via HDMI OUT to your gaming monitor and sends a 1080p60 capture signal via USB 3.0 to the streaming PC, which can be selected as the camera source in OBS or other software.
Important: Connect the device directly to a USB 3.0 port (no hub) and select the Game Capture Neo as the recording source on the streaming PC.
