Can I upload GPS tracks and ride this route with navigation (MTB as well as road bike)?
In the current version of flow.polar.ch, any tracks in .gpx and .tcx format can be uploaded and synchronised with the v650. These tracks can be ridden with the navigation function of the v650....this works not only on paved roads but also on unpaved roads or single trails (e.g. MTB).
